THIS CAUSE came on for trial before the undersigned
Judge of the above-styled Court upon the issues and the Record,
a jury having been expressly waived by the parties; and the
Court finding that it hasjurisdiction over the subject matter
and of the parties; and having reviewed and approved the Petition
submitted by FRANK LOBE, as next friend of the minor Plaintiff,
MATTHEW LOBE, and having heard the evidence and the discussion
of counsel for the respective parties, and having approved
the settlement in favor of the Plaintiffs and against the
Defendants; and being fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon, upon consideration thereof,
j ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, MATTHEW LOBE,
! a minor, suing by his next friend and natural father, FRANK
LOBE, shall have and recover of and from the Defendant, RICHARD
WATSON,~ the sum of $4,000.00; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED and ADJUDGED that FRANK LOBE,
a
individually-and as natural father of MATTHEW LOBE, a minor,
shall have and recover of and from the Defendant, RICHARD ,
WATSON, the sum of $1,000.00.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff,
FRANK LOBE, in his several capacities as aforesaid shall
have and recover of and from the Defendant the total sum of
$5,000.00.
DONE and ORDERED at St. Lucie County, Florida, this
