ORDER FOR COLLECTION AND
SATISFACTION OF FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come before the_Court and it being
determined by the Court that the Plaintiff, MAT'~HEW LOBE, is a
minor, whose natural father and next friend. is FRANK LOBE,
and that the amount of the Final Judgment in favor of the
minor Plaintiff is within the Limit authorized by the applicable
Florida Statutes, and the Court being fully advised in,the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the minor Plaintiff's natural
.father and next friend, FRANK LOBE, should be and he is hereby
i
authorized and directed to collect the amounts of the Final
Judggent heretofore entered against the Defendant, RICHARD
WATSON, and in favor of the minor Plaintiff, MATTHEW LOBE,
and it is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that FRANK LOBE, as natural father
of the minor Plaintiff, should be and he is hereby authorized
to execute the Satisfaction of Final Judgment and Release
which is in proper form and is hereby approved by the Court.
DONE and ORDERED atSt. Lucie County, Florida, this
27th day of November, 1979. .
