RESTR..~INING ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court ex parte on the
Petitioner/Wife's Motion for a Restraining Order and the Court having
taken sworn testimony and being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Restraining Order
shall be and it is hereby granted and the Respondent/Husband, GENE
LEWIS VANCE, is.hereby enjoined from harassing, threatening, injuring,
hurting or otherwise annoying the Petitioner/Wife, KATHLEEN MARIE
VANCE. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that-GENE LEWIS VANCE, having previously
voluntarily vacated the marital dwelling, shall and he is hereby ordered
't to remain away from the marital dwelling until further order of this
