FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 13th day of November, 1979, and
upon the receipt of testimony in open court, argument of counsel, and
the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Court
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between WALLACE BENNETT HAYNES, JR., and
MARY LEE HAYNES, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
~ and each of them are hereby forever freed of the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. Custody of the minor child of the parties, FRED LEE HAYNES,
/ is awarded to the husband, WALLACE BENNETT HAYNES, JR., with the wife,
~ MARY LEE HAYNES, being awarded reasonable visitation with said child.
The custody of the remaining two minor children of the parties,
BRENDA LEE HAYNES, and ANTHONY LEON HAYNES, is awarded to the wife,
MARY LEE HAYNES, with the husband being granted reasonable visitation
with said children.

3. Commencing on Friday, November 16, 1979, WALLACE BENNETT
HAYNES, JR., shall pay to MARY.LEE HAYNES the sum of $19.00 each and
every week for the support of each of the two children. Said $19.00
per week, per child payment shall remain in effect until each child
has reached the age of 18 years.
