by him remitted promptly to MARY LEE HAYNES. In addition, there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to -
each payment to the clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the clerk of this court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
4. The wife, MARY LEE HAYNES, is awarded permanent possession ~
of all of the personal property presently located in the marital
home located at 4700 Barcelona Avenue, Fort Pierce.. Florida.
5. The court finds that the marital home which was previously 1

owned as tenants by the entireties is presently owned as tenants in
common between the parties. The court orders and directs that the
marital home be sold as soon as practicable at a price to be agreed
upon between the parties qnd that the proceeds of said sale be ~
evenly divided between the parties. In the event that the parties
are unable to sell the marital home within six months of the date of
this order, there shall be, upon the petition of either party, a
i
partition sale ordered by this court with the proceeds of said sale
i
after costs, to be equally divided between the parties.
b. The wife is awarded the temporary custody of the marital
home until such time as said marital home is sold. The husband is
ordered to make 1/2 of the regular mortgage payments on the home until
the sale of the property. and the wife shall pay the other 1/2.
7. The wife. MARY LEE HAYNES, is awarded reasonable attorney's
fees in the amount of $375.00 from the husband, WALLACE BENNETT
HAYNES, JR. In addition, t9ARY LEE HAYNES, is awarded court costs
from the husband in the amount of $58.50.
8. Each of the parties hereto shall execute any and all
instruments necessary to carry out the provisions of this judgment.
9. Jurisdiction of. this cause and the parties is retained
for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
