AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Comes the undersigned affiant after being first duly sworn by me,
the undersigned officer duly authorized to take acknowledgments and
administer oaths in the State and County aforesaid, says:
1. That the undersigned is personally acquainted with MARY G.
MILLER a/k/a MARY K. MILLER and that the two names refer to one and
the same person with MARY K. MILLER having the "K" stand for her .
former name and with MARY G. MILLER having the "G" stand for~her given
name but that both names refer to one and the same person who was
formerly married to WALTER S. MILLER and on the same date of their
dissolution of marriage on November 21, 1979, following the dissolution
of marriage, this deed was completed as to execution thereof and recorded
on November 27, 1979 at 2:41 P.M.
2. Affiant sayeth further not.
