IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET~OUT, THE

now encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein
at its office or some other place as designated by the

(2) The MORTGAGOR herein shall at the request of the
MORTAGEE herein acknowledge in writing, the existence o
this mortgage and the amount still due thereon, on an
