6y grants, bargains, sells, .aliens, remises. conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land
of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in St . Lucie County,
Florida, viz: The north 35 feet of Lot 3, and south 45 feet of Lot 4,
ST. JAMES PARK, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in plat
book 5, page 58 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGORS
COVENANT AND AGREE THAT:
(1) The MORTGAGORS herein shall make within 15 days of the due
date the payrzents called for in the first mortgage now
encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at its
office or some other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE
herein.
(2) The MORTGAGORS herein will at the request of the MORTGAGEES
herein acknowledge in writing, the existence of this
mortgage and the amount still due thereon on, an estoppel
form provided always for this purpose by the MORTGAGEE.
