SUMMARY JUDGMENT ON CROSSCLAIM
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on the Motion of the Plaintiff,
FIREMAN'S FUND INSURANCE COMPANY, for Summary Judgment against the Third
Party Defendants/Crossplaintiffs, WILLIAM CLARENCE MAY and RUPERT JASEN
SMITH, upon the Third Party Defendants/Crossplaintiffs Crossclaim.
The Court has considered the pleadings, affidavits, Interrogatories

and Request For Admissions and being otherwise fully advised in the

premises, the Court finds there is no genuine issue as to any material
fact and the Plaintiff is entitled to judgment as a matter of law upon
the Third Party Defendants/Crossplaintiffs Crossclaim. Therefore, it
is, •
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Summary Judgment be and the
same hereby is entered against the Third Party Defendants/Crossplaintiffs,
WILLIAM CLARENCE MAY and RUPERT JASEN SMITH, and for the Plaintiff,
FIREMAN'S FUND INSURANCE COMPANY, on the Third Party Defendants/Cross-
plaintiffs Crossclaim.
