IT IS HEREBY stipulated and agreed that the law firm
of BRENNAN AND MUSCHOTT be permitted to withdraw as counsel
of record for the Defendant, MINNESOTA MINING AND MANUFACTUR-
ING COMPANY, and the firm of TAYLOR, BRION, BUKER AND GREENE
be substituted in its place and that henceforth service of
~ all papers and pleadings shall be made on them.
