THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 26th day of November,
-1979, upon the Motion for Protective Order filed on behalf of
the Defendants, FLORIDA GULF REALTY TRUST, et al, and the Court
having heard argument oz counsel acid the court being iurth~r
advised that the attorney for the Plaintiffs did agree that
additional time should be allowed for the production of the
documents, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the time for the production of documents stated
~ in the Request for Production of Documents at Deposition filed
I ~
~ by the Plaintiffs which were scheduled for November 29th and 30th
~ in New York City, be and the same is hereby extended to the date
f
of January 16, 1980.
(2) That all other relief requested in the Motion for
Protective Order, be and the same is hereby denied.
