THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 26th day of November, 1979, on
Plaintiff's 2dotion to Dismiss Counterclaim and the Court having heard the
argument of counsel and being duly advised in the premises and finding that
the Counterclaim fails to state a cause of action for either abuse of process
or malicious prosecution, it is herein
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Counterclaim filed by Defendant,
RONALD FISHER, is hereby dismissed with leave to amend within 20 days.
