ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be herd on the Motion for Protective Order filed
by Deponent, SUERICH ENTERPRISES, INC., and the Court having heard the argument
of counsel and being duly advised in the premises, it is herein
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT the Motion for Protective Order is denied
and that SUERICH ENTERPRISES, INC., shall produce the following items subpoenaed
by the Plaintiff at the off ice of Plaintiff's attorney at 301 S. Sixth Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida, prior to 5:00 PM on Tuesday, November 27, 1979:
1. All stock issuance and transfer records of SUERICH ENTERPRISES, INC.
2. Articles of Incorporation; bylaws; minutes of meetings of share-
holders and minutes of meetings of directors of SUERICH ENTERPRISES, INC.; all
written action by shareholders or directors in lieu of meetings; all corporate
resolutions of SUERICH ENTERPRISES, INC.
3. All records of bank accounts and savings accounts in the name of

SUERICH ENTERPRISES, INC., including all .cancelled checks, checkbook ledger, and
passbooks.
