has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein; and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to ~
cancel the same of record.
