Declaration of Condominium dated July 13, 1978, and filed for record
August 4, 1978, in Official Records Book 291, pages 2102 through 2156,
public records of St. Lucie County.
TOGETHER WITH the undivided interest in Common Elements, declared in said
Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the above described
Dwelling Unit.
SUBJECT TO restrictions reservations and easements of record;
zoning ordinances if any.
SUBJECT to that certain first mortgage from the Grantees hereof to First
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, dated October 26, 1979,
recorded in O.R. Book 320 page 1295 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida securing the original principal sum of X51,000.00.
