• THIS CAUSE come on to be heard before the Court on Plaintiff s
Motion to Compell Discovery. This Court having been advised that
counsels for the respective parties to this cause have agreed on
November 27, 1979 to the entry of this Order and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. That Jessie Miller, Esquire, attorney for the Defendant
in this cause shall have fifteen (15) days from date hereof to
file Answer to the Plaintiff's Interrogatories which were served
upon the Defendant by U. S. Mail on May 31, 1979
DONE AND ORDERED at chambers in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, this day of 1979.
