o Plaintiffs' Complaint is hereby granted; Plaintiffs shall have

~ ten (10) days from the date of this order to file their amended

complaint. It is further •
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that within fifteen (15) days from
the date of this order Plaintiffs shall file memoranda of law with
copy to opposing counsel, supporting any theories of action based
on gross negligence and strict liability. Defendant shall have
fifteen (15) days from receipt thereof to file its answer memoran-
da, with copy to Plaintiffs' counsel, who shall then have ten (10)
days from receipt thereof to .file its reply memoranda.
