This cause came. on for trial the 21st day of November, 1979
in connection with the dissolution of marriage of JOHN A. CHESTER
and ANNE MAE CHESTER, and the Court having given full consideration
to all the evidence and circumstance of the final trial, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises and having jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit, it is hereby
ordered and adjudged as follows:
1. Commencing on the L day of November, 1979, JOHN A.
CHESTER shall pay to ANNE MAE CHESTER the sum of $75.OO~per week,
representing $25.00 per week per child born as issue of the
parties, to-wit: JOHN A. CHESTER, DIERDRA CHESTER and DAYNA .
CHESTER, for their support and maintenance.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to ANNE MAE CHESTER. In addition,
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing address and residence address at all times while
this Order is in effect.
DONE AND ORDERED in St. Lucie County, Florida, this
day of November, 1979. ~
