2. The right to use the canal and dike described in -
O. R. Book 18, page 241, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in common with other parties
as more particularly set forth in the deed from Sybil
Levita Culverhouse, et al, to Indrio Groves, Inc.,
recorded in O. R. Book 319, page 694, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. The rights of the Grantor to a 12,000 GPN pumainq
capacity into. the canal commonly referred to as "Minute
Maid Canal" from Sybil Levita Culverhouse, et al,
recorded in O. R. Book 319 at page 701 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO that certain first mortgage from Indrio Groves, Inc.,
a Florida corporation, securing an indebtedness in the original
principal sum of $164,720.00, dated October 23, 1979, recorded
in O. R. Book 319 at page 704 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, an undivided 52/90ths portion of which,
amounting to $95,172.00, the Grantees herein assume and agree to
pay in the fractional shares in which they have obtained title to
the above described real property.
