THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE, inferior as to the lands therein ~
described to mortgages appearing among the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in O. R. Book 256, page 349, O. R. Book 319, page

public records of St. Lucie County,--' Florida.
Mortgagors covenant with Mortgagee that any default in or under
said above referenced superior mortgages shall similarly constitute-
s default under this mortgage entitling mortgagee to accelerate the
indebtedness secured hereby and to foreclose this mortgage.
