SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH:
1. That certain easement from Sybil Levita Culverhouse, as -
Trustee, et al, to Randolph A. Hearst, et al, dated
October 16, 1963, recorded in O. R. Book 72, page 656, E.
of the public reccirds of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Grants, reservations and agreements for flowas~e and drainage
