sory note hereinafter substantially copied or identified. to-wit:
Mortgagor is justly indebted to Mortgagee, Gower Champion, in
"the sum of Twenty-eight Thousand One Hundred Forty and 00/100
Dollars ($28,140.00), and agrees to pay the same with interest
thereon according to the terms of a certain note bearing
even date herewith, providing for the payment thereof in
installments, the last of which is due and payable the
first day of September, 1989.
Mortgagor is justly indebted to Mortgagee, Marge Champion, in
the sum of Twenty-eight Thousand One Hundred Forty and oO/100
Dollars ($28,140.00), and agrees to pay the same with interest
i thereon according to the terms of a certain note bearing
even date herewith, providing for the payment thereof in
installments, the last of which is due and payable the
first day of September, 1989.
