ORDER SETTING ASIDE FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on November 19, 1979,
upon the Plaintiff's Motion to Set Aside Final Judgment entered by
this Court on August 3, 1977, and the Court having considered the
Motion and heard argument of counsel and being otherwise fully
and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment be and it
is hereby set aside and the Defendant, EZZARD MATUTE, shall go hence
without day .
DONE AND ORDERED at Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida,
