ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on November 19, 1979,
upon the Petitioner's Petition for Repayment of Public Assistance
Paid to or on Behalf of Tasha Brown, a Minor, and for Enforcement
of Child Support and for Contempt, and the Court having heard
. testimony and argument of counsel and being otherwise fully and
well advised in the premises, it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petitioner's Petition be
and -it is hereby granted and this Court shall enter an Order
of Contempt against the Respondent, EDDIE EARL BROWN, for the
arrears of $2075.00, to be paid within 60 days of the date of the
order; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent, EDDIE EARL BROWN,
shall repay the State of Florida in the amount of $3086.45 for
public assistance paid to or on behalf of Tasha Brown, the minor
child of the Respondent., The above arrearage of $2075.00 shall -
be credited toward the $3086.45 leaving a balance due of $1011.45,
which amount shall be paid by the Respondent at the rate of $10.00
per week until the $1011.45 is paid in full. Said $10.00 shall
be in addition to current support. The Clerk of this Court shall
and he is hereby ordered to forward the $10.00 payment to the
Petitioner, Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, 1317
Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida. The regular support
payment shall be sent to Emma Jean Brown.
