Pre-Trial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows:
A. The defendant admits the corporate status of
the defendant, K-MART CORPORATION, and admits the premises
in which the fall occurred were under the exclusive control
of the defendant.
B. Defendant further admits the plaintiff fell
'at the time and place set forth in the Complaint.
2. EVIDENCE - Documentary and other evidence listed
and presented at the Pre-Trial Conference shall be admitted
into evidence without objection, except as hereinbelow re-
served.
