4. EXPERT WITNESSES - May be called out of turn by
either party. ~
. A. Physicians listed on either Pre-Trial Statement.
5. WITNESSES - Only those wirnesses listed at the Pre-
Trial Conference and .names filed with the Clerk will be per-
- witted to testify, except the parties themselves and impeach-
ment witnesses. Either party may call any witness listed
by any other party.
6. PEREMPTORY CHALLENGES -Plaintiff shall have three
(3) peremptory challenges. Each defendant shall have three
(3) peremptory challenges.
7. JURY INSTRUCTIONS - Proposed jury instructions,
on a separate sheet for each charge, shall be submitted to
the Court at the beginning of the trial, with copies to at-
torneys. Additional jury instructions shall be submitted
no later than at the conclusion of the testimony.
8. EXERCISE OF CHALLENGE - Outside the hearing of the
jury in a manner selected by the Court. Rule 1.431 e).
