ORDER ON PRETRIAL CONFERENCE
The Drntrial conference in this matter having been held on

IT IS HEP.EBY JRDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1) Stipulations and admissions were made as follows:

2) Evidence - Both sides reserve all objections as to
relevancy and materiality.
3) Other provisions - Discovery shall be completed no

of additional documents shall be furnished no later

than five days prior to trial. Both sides furnished
one another with pre-trial statements including witnesses
and exhibits at the pretrial conference.

conference and names filed with the clerk will be per-
