HomeMy WebLinkAbout0840 6) Preemptory challenges - Each side shall have three (3) preemptory challenges. 7) Jury instructions - Proposed jury instructions, on a separate sheet for each charge shall be submitted to the Court at the beginning of the trial, with copies to attorneys. Additional jury instructions shall be submitted no later Shan at the conclusion of the testimony. 8) Exercise of challenge - Outside the hearing of the jury in a manner selected by the Court. As to any preemptory challenges, each side will write down the name of the prospective juror to be preemptorially challenged on a blank sheet of paper and then both attorneys will approach the bench together. In the case that either side has no preemptory challenges to make at that time, that in- dividual attorney will write the word "none" on the slip of paper.
