FINAL JUDGMENT
a
THIS CAUSE came on for trial before the Court without the
benefit of a jury on November 21, 1979, upon the Crossclaims for
partnership accounting and contribution filed by the parties,
_ C. L. RUSSUM and WILLIAM H. HILSON. Upon consideration of the
evidence presented at trial and the argument of counsel, it is the
finding of the Court that a 50/50 partnership agreement existed
between C. L. RUSSUM and WILLIAM N. HILSON which provided for an
equal division of all profits and losses as evidenced by the f

three (3) federal income tax returns filed by the parties during
the course of the partnership. I further find that the promissory
note to SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, dated April 22, 1976, in
the principal amount of $30,000.00 was a-joint obligation of the
partnership and that the Agreement of Guarantee'to W. R. GRACE &
CO., dated July 28, 1975, was similarly a joint obligation of the
partnership. Upon consideration of all evidence presented it is
the finding of the Court that there is due and owing from C. L.
RUSSUM to WILLIAM H. HILSON the sum of $13,664.03 on the claim
for an accounting of the partnershiv: the claim of WILLIAM H. HILSON
