+SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY and W. R. GRACE & CO., debts is
denied.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any accounts receivable received
by the partnership shall be divided equally by C. L. RUSSUM and
WILLIAM H. HILSON. The sum of $13,664.03 due and owing to
WILLIAt4 H. HILSO~I shall bear interest at the rate of 6% per
}
annum from August 18, 1978, until November 21, 1979, which sum
equals $1,027.13.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that WILLIAti H. HILSON shall be
entitled to all taxable Court costs incurred in this litigation
and the Court reserves jurisdiction of the parties and the subject
matter hereto for the purposes of determining the amount of
taxable costs at a subsequent hearing upon proper notice to the
parties.
