And it further appearing that Defendants failed to comply
with such order, it is hereby
ORDERED
(1) Defendant shall comply with the above stated orders
of this court within 20 days of the date of the oral
argument of this cause which occured on November 15, 1979.
(2) Attorneys fees of one hundred dollars ($100.00) are
taxed against the Defendants, LAWRENCE F. BRINSTER,et ux,
which shall be paid to intervenor, MONROE SPEN,Trustee,
within the-said 20 .days.
