ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before the undersigned on
November 13, 1979, upon the Plaintiff's Motion to Strike and
the Defendant's Motion to Strike, and having heard argument
of counsel and being otherwise advised in the premises, it
is accordingly,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. The Plaintiff's Motion to Strike is denied;
2. The Defendant's Motion to Strike is dismissed
without prejudice upon the Defendant's agreement to voluntarily
withdraw same except that, upon express agreement of the parties,
the Plaintiff may not recover money damages based upon the
loss of leads.
