THIS CAUSE having come before the undersigned on November;
13, 1979, upon the Defendant's Motion for Compulsory Physical
Examination, and having heard argument of counsel and being
otherwise advised in the premises, it is accordingly
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, WILLIE JAMES
ORANGE, shall submit himself to Dr. James L. Cain, 1300 36th
Street, Vero Beach, Florida, within the next thirty days,
at a time which is mutually convenient to WILLIE JAMES ORANGE
and Dr. James L. Cain. It is further ordered that neither
i
party shall refer to vr. Cain at the trial of this cause as
{ a Court appointed physician.
