THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Defendants'
Motion to Dismiss, Motion to Strike, and Motion to Discharge
Lien. Upon due consideration, it is ,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion to Discharge of Lis Pendens be and
the same is hereby granted. The Notice of Lis Pendens in this
cause dated October 23, 1979 be and the .same is hereby discharged
and shall be of no force and effect.
2. The Motion to Dismiss be and the same is hereby
granted as to both Defendants. The Complaint in this cause be
and the same is hereby dismissed without prejudice and the
Plaintiffs shall have fifteen (15) .days within which to file
an amended complaint.
