Subject to that certain mortgage from Grantee to First Federal Savings
and Loan Assn. of Ft. Pierce, dated November 7, 1979, recorded in O.R.
Book 320, page 253, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Fla.,
in the original principal amount of $18,000.00.
