THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the following
motions as filed by the Defendants herein:
Motion to Dismiss Complaint filed by the Defendants, JAMES MONEY
and GLADES EQUIPMENT COMPANY; Motion to Strike filed by the Defendant,
BILL SCHULTZ CHEVROLET, ItJC.; Motion to Dismiss, Or, In The Alterna-
tive, A Motion for More Definite Statement filed by the Defendant,
JOHN JOCHEN CHEVROLET, INC.; and a Motion to Dismiss and Motion to
Strike filed by the Defendant, GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION; and

¢ THE COURT having considered argument of counsel, upon

consideration it is thereupon
ORDERED that all of the above mentioned Motions filed
by the above mentioned Defendants herein, are hereby granted, and
the Plaintiff, KENNETH J. CHEATHAM, shall have fifteen (15) days
from date within which to file an Amended Complaint.
