MOTION TO DISMISS it is hereby
ORDERED and ADJUDGED
1. That the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss~is treated
as a Motion to Strike.
2. That the Motion to Strike is granted and the claim
of interest for loss of use of the trailer in paragraph 12 A
is stricken and the claim of interest for repairs and towing charges
on the trailer in paragraph 12 C are stricken.
