KROEHLER MANUFACTURING COMPANY and the parties hereto, having
agreed to the disposition thereof, anc~ the Court, being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that:
1. -Defendant's Motion to Dismiss be and the same is
hereby granted.
2. That KROEHLER MANUFACTURING COMPANY will have
