IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties hereto
that the above-entitled action be stricken from the Non-Jury Trial
Docket of January 16, 1980, and reset for the Non-Jury Trial Docket of
February 13, 1980 and that the Pre-Trial Conference presently scheduled
for January 2, 1980, be reset to February 11, 1980, at 1:30 P.M.
