ORDER OF CONTEMPT THIS CAUSE was heard November 30, 1979, upon the wife's motion for contempt for failure to pay child support, and for failure to pay attorney's fees, all pursuant to the final judgment entered in this cause November 13, 1978, and pursuant to the order of this court ~ dated June 26, 1979, and the husband, JAMES DAVID CLASBY, being present in open court in person, and the petitioner also being present in open court in person, and represented by counsel, and upon the taking of testimony in open court, and the court being fully advised in the ~ f s j premises, it is, therefor:- ~ ADJUDGED that the respondent, JAMES DAVID CLASBY, is guilty of # willful and direct contempt of this court for failure to pay s i petitioner child support payments which are delinquent in the amount ~ of $1,120.00, for failure to pay the previously ordered attorney's fees and costs in the amount of $492.50, and he is adjudged to be in contempt of this court. That as punishment for his contempt, the respondent, JAMES DAVID CLASBY shall be confined in the county jail of this county for a ~ period of 180 days. The respondent, JAMES DAVID CLASBY, may purge 4 himself of this contempt by: i 4 1. Immediately advising the Clerk of'this Court of any changes x of address from his current address located on Cherry Hill Road, Port St. Lucie, Florida; and i 2.
