Friday thereafter, JAMES DAVID CLASBY shall pay to the wife the sum
of $20.00 per week, said payments being made through the office of
the Clerk of this Court, and each of such payments being accompanied
by a $2.00 fee for the clerk`s services therein; and
3. Commencing Friday, December 7, 1979, and continuing thereafter
on each Friday until the entire arrearage is paid in full, the husband
shall pay $10.00 per week towards the delinquent child support payments
as set out herein. Said payments shall be made through the offices
of the clerk of this court.
In the event that the respondent does not pay the total payment due,
cr purge himself of contempt by the above, then the respondent forthwith
is to be confined to the county jail of this county for the period of
180 days.
IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED that in this event an order of commitment
will issue directing that the respondent, JAMES DAVID CLASBY, be taken
into the custody of the sheriff, and that he be committed to the county
jail of St. Lucie County, Florida, for a period not to exceed 180 days
from the date of the order of commitment, unless he is sooner discharged
~ by due process of law.
i IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED that the respondent, JAMES DAVID CLASBY,

pay. to the wife's attorney, RICHARD D. SNEED, JR., P.A., a reasonable
attorney's fee for their representation of the wife in this contempt
action, said attorney's fee being in the amount of $100.00 plus court
costs in the amount of $27.00. These sums shall be due in the offices
of RICHARD D. SNEED, JR., P.A., within sixty days of the date of
this order.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
30th day of November A.D., 1979.
