TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing upon the wife's motion for
temporary relief, and upon both parties being present in open court,
and upon the taking of testimony, and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that JOSEPH INDIVERI, JR. is to refrain
from harrassing the wife, trespassing on the property of the wife,
going about the person of the wife, striking the wife, or in any
manner bothering the wife, during the pendency of this action.
The Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, is ordered to enforce
the terms of this order without further order of this Court. Should
the respondent, husband, JOSEPH INDIVERI, JR., violate any of the
terms of this order, the Sheriff shall forthwith take the respondent,
JOSEPH INDIVERI, JR., into custody and incarcerate him in the St.
Lucie County jail and immediately notify this judge of the action
taken.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this 30th day of November,. 1979.
