SUPPLEMENTAL FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause came on for-trial on the custody of the minor
child, alimony, attorney's fees and costs, support money for the
minor rhilt~., lump.sum alimony award of the Husband's interest in
the marital home together with the furniture and furnishings
located therein, and to pay the monthly mortgage payments on the
marital home; and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence finds and determines that this Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit. It is, therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGE as follows:

1. Custody of LAURA ANN MARIE BEVILLE, minor child
of the parties, is hereby awarded to HOWARD JOHN SEVILLE, with

reasonable visitation rights reserved to BARBARA ANN BEVILLE..
2. The marital home jointly owned by the parties
hereto on Orange Avenue Extension in St. Lucie County, Florida
shall be placed on the market and sold for $55,000 if possible
and the parties hereto shall make every effort to consummate the

$55,000 then an independent appraisal shall be made and the home

sold for the appraisal price. Pending the sale of the marital
~ residence the Husband, HOWARD JOHN BEVILLE, shall be responsible
for the payment of all mortgage payments thereon, taxes and
