After the sale of the marital home, either subject i to the outstanding mortgage or the mortgage being paid off and any costs of the sale being deducted, then the net proceeds shall be divided equally between the parties hereLU. 3. The Wife, BARBARA ANN SEVILLE, shall have the t exclusive use and possession of the marital home, together with the furniture and furnishings located therein, until said property is sold. 4. The Husband, HOWARD JOHN SEVILLE, shall have the right to use the barn located on the property where the marital home is situated until said property is sold. 5. Commencing the 1st day of November, 1979 the I Husband, HOWARD JOHN SEVILLE, shall pay to the Wife, BARBARA ANN ! SEVILLE, the sum of $200 each and every month until she reaches the age of 62 as alimony. s 6. The Court determines the sum of $2,000 to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services herein, and ~ I 1 t the Husband, HOWARD JOHN SEVILLE, is ordered to pay said attorney E the sum of $700 to apply on said fee. 7. The Court shall have a supplemental hearing to determine court costs if not mutually agreed upon between the parties. 8.
