WARRANTY DEED {
SIGNAL ELECTRIC, INC. , the Grantor, in consideration of the sum
of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations received from GEORGE
T. BECK and DORIS ANN BECK, his wife, the Grantees, whose mailing ad-
dress is 4888 32nd Drive South, Lake Worth, Florida 33461, hereby on this
day of November, 1979, conveys to the Grantees the real property lo-
