gage heretofore given by Mortgagor to Mortgagee is hereby modified to secure the
payment of the indebtedness to Mortgagee in accordance with the terms of the
Replacement Promissory Note.
4.' Except as hereby modified, all other terms and conditions of the
aforementioned mortgage are hereby ratified, confirmed-and approved.
5. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to impair the security of
Mortgagee under the aforementioned mortgage, and said security shall remain effec-
tive as of the date of its original protection.
6. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their per-
sonal representatives, heirs, beneficiaries, successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this agreement in
duplicate, each of .which shall be considered an original, on the day and year
first above written.
