mortgage and the note and indebtedness therein described, to have and to hold the same unto the Assignee, his heirs,
personal representatives,. sucxessors and assigns forever. If the Assignee is herein designated as a trustee, then the
Assignee shall have full power and authority to sell, transfer, assign, encumber or otherwise manage the mortgage
and note hereby assigned and the property encumbered by said mortgage.
