IN RE: The adoption of:
JOHN JOSEPH ARRAS
and
JULIE NICOLE ARRAS
FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Petition for
Adoption filed herein, and it appearing to the Court that the
Petitioner, DANIEL PHIPPS LAMONT, is a fit and proper person to
adopt the minor children herein sought to be adopted, and that
the best interests of said children will be promoted by the
adoption, and that said children are suitable for adoption by the
Petitioner; that a consent for adoption has been executed by
the natural mother, LINDA DIANE LAMONT; and it further appearing
to the Court that due and legal .service of process by publication
was had upon the natural father, JOHN JOSEPH ARRAS, and that a
default judgment has~been entered against said natural father;
and the Court, after having been fully advised in the premises,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor children herein sought

t to be adopted are hereby declared to be the legal children of the

Petitioner, DANIEL PHIPPS LAMONT, and are hereby given the names -
of: JOHN JOSEPH LAMONT and JULIE NICOLE LAMONT, by which names
they shall hereafter be known. It is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said children shall be
the children and legal heirs of the Petitioner, DANIEL PHIPPS
LAMONT, and shall be entitled to all rights and privileges and
subject to all obligations of children born to the Petitioner
in lawful wedlock.
