natural mother and father, and it appearing that the best interests of

the child will be promoted by this adoption, and tine Court otherwise

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED T}WT the person known as ROBERT EARL YANCY
is declared to be the legal child of Petitioner/stepfather HERBERT
ELMO YANCY, and is given the name of ROBERT EARL YANCY, by which name
he shall be hereafter known, and it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said ROBERT EARL YANCY shall be tine child
and legal heir of the Petitioner, entitiled to all rights and priv-
ledges, and subject to all obligations of a child born to Petitioner/
~ stepfather HERBERT ELrD YANCY and KATHLEEN S. YANCY, his wife, in
lawful wedlock. •
