This cause came before the Court upon the Motion of
W. H. HILSON to tax costs. Based upon all arguments of counsel
and the Court being otherwise fully advisee in the premises,
it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion of WILLIAM H. HILSON
to tax costs is hereby granted. WILLIAM H. HILSON shall have
